FANS Annual General Meeting (AGM)
Wednesday 10 June 2026 – 6:30 PM
The FANS Annual General Meeting (AGM) will be held on Wednesday 10 June 2026 at 6:30pm in the KHPS Auditorium (Year 5/6 building, access via the yellow gate on Melwood Avenue), with an online option also available.
All current members are warmly invited to attend this important adults-only event:
- FANS activities and projects
- 2025 financial report
- Election of the 2026–2027 FANS Committee
- Hold a Q&A session with members. Refreshments will be served afterwards.
As a parent-run not-for-profit association supporting French bilingual education for over 25 years, FANS relies on the involvement of its community. All parents with a child currently enrolled in the FANS bilingual program or high school classes are considered voting members, provided they are up to date with their 2026 fees.
Parents interested in joining the 2026–2027 Committee or volunteering on a sub-committee are encouraged to get involved. Committee candidate nominations must be submitted to the FANS Secretary by Wednesday 3 June 2026.
